  2. At Protein Vibes, we strive to ensure that our customers are satisfied with their purchases. However, we understand that there may be instances where you may want to return an item. In such cases, we are happy to assist you.

 

  1. Return Policy
  2. You can return any item purchased on Protein Vibes within 30 days of the delivery date. Please note that the item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

 

  1. Non-returnable Items
  2. Due to hygiene and health safety reasons, we do not accept returns for certain items such as opened or used products.

 

  1. Refunds
  2. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

     

    Please note that it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you haven’t received a refund yet, please contact your credit card company or bank.

 

  1. Exchanges
  2. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us.

 

  1. Shipping
  2. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund1.
